Chef Stockton MacIness Chef Stockton (Tock) MacInnes is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute in Vermont and has been cooking professionally since 1995.

His resumé includes work as a Garde Manger Chef at the critically acclaimed Regatta of Cotuit on Cape Cod, as well as an apprenticeship to a classical European baker at the award winning Chef's Corner in Williston, Vermont.

As a husband and the father of two young children, and more on the way, Tock has learned to translate his restaurant expertise to the at-home kitchen setting and please even the pickiest of palates.

Tock conceived the idea for the service after he prepared meals as baby gifts for family and friends returning home from the hospital with their newborns. He found that new parents were so overwhelmed with their new responsibilities, that they rarely had the time and energy to prepare a healthy and satisfying meal.

His meals received rave reviews and he found himself bombarded with requests for more home cooked meals as friends began referring him to other people. Tock realized that new parents weren't the only people whose days were too busy to create home-cooked meals, so with the help of his wife Danielle, he started A Stocked Kitchen Personal Chef Service in 2005.

In January of 2007 Tock moved A Stocked Kitchen to its new home in North Hampton, located at C’est Cheese on Rt. 1. Here Tock prepares delicious meals daily, using the freshest local ingredients which available for purchase 7 days a week. Come in and see what he’s cooked up today!

He is determined to bring people back to the table, one meal at a time.
